These two services connect people who provide services(Supply) with those who want particular services(Demand). Thumbtack is US based and Coconala is Japan based. I happened to register myself in both and see what kind of services people really need. I tried Japanese tutoring service, land scape, moving and counseling in Thumbtack. I am learning that the highest demand so far seems to be relationship counseling type of services. I receive several requests a day in Boston area alone. It appears that all kinds of people need some kind of intervention in their relationship. People are actually willing to pay others to have their issues resolved..... I do want to know if these services actually work...... Anyway, if you have skill sets that you can offer others for a fee, these places are a good place to start. Let me know how it goes for you.
